Centering for Strength

One of the prominent causes of chronic fatigue is constant vigilance. Vigilance is tension: being alert takes energy, whether it's for an emotional disturbance or physical safety. 

To help manage that tension, we can find our center through our own biofeedback mechanism called THE NERVOUS SYSTEM. It's cheap, accessible, and offers an immediate response if we know where to look. 

These lessons will help you locate feeling centered. Then you will have more energy to move outward when necessary, and more ability to rest and renew when necessary.

Cancellation policy: Full refund up to 48 hours prior to the start of the workshop or class, then a 50% refund is offered. Refunds always offered due to weather. 

Parking is available in the Wellness Center's designated lot. It's tucked behind Urban Mattress off Arapahoe and 28th Street in Boulder, near Scott Carpenter Park.
