This workshop will offer unique lessons to relieve tight hips, help you sit comfortably, and find power in walking. We will explore movements that integrate the spine, hips, and pelvis.
By accessing the innate intelligence in your own nervous system, you can unlock forgotten patterns of movement for easier walking, running, and sitting.
