Habits of Breathing

How are you breathing today? Our breath informs us of how we are, whether we are comfortable or stressed, open or closed, happy or fearful, and more. Moshe says, "the intention is not to learn a new way of breathing, rather you are returning to your body its ability to breathe the way it is designed."

Natural breath is like being self-organized from the inside out. Ironically, the less we "try" to be a certain way (which shows up in the breath as a contrived pattern), the more authentic we are able to be.

Through a gentle exploration of movement, breath, muscle tone, and skeletal alignment you will learn how to transform established patterns of holding and tension. Your sense of self will expand and widen.
