Exploring balance and breath helps clarify your relationship to the ground, improves posture, and brings a sense of ease and relief to daily life. It is especially helpful if you are dealing with trauma or grief as it allows emotions to move through you.
These gentle Feldenkrais® Awareness Through Movement® lessons are designed to help you listen to your own comfort, bring a focused awareness to movement and breath, and increase spontaneity and joy.
