Challenging and fun movement lessons explore your individual relationship between the hip joints, low back, and ribs. Take home some useful tools to find ease in sitting. Good for anyone who wants to move toward sitting more stably and comfortably without sore knees or aching back.

The Feldenkrais Method helps you increase mobility and improve coordination, but it also helps you let go of painful, perhaps even unnoticed, habits of thought and movement that may be holding you back in your life. Through relearning powerful, safe, efficient, flexible, balanced movement you can live from a place of spontaneity, freedom, and clarity.
