Working with the body pattern of anxiety

Anxiety has a lot to do with trust. When we trust that we can support ourselves, anxiety decreases. And conversely, when we are less anxious, the feeling of resting upright on the bones finds a new, healthier equilibrium.

In this workshop you will discover how to create a more balanced internal organization in which breathing becomes slow and full, movement becomes easier and more pleasurable, and you rest on the bones. You will learn new, lasting tools to alter your own patterns of anxiety, whether it's a clenched jaw, held breath, a panicky feeling, or a constant feeling of stress and pressure. We all have anxiety and stress. Finding internal support is one of the best ways I know to help.
