Why Do Feldenkrais: In Their Own Words

I've written much over the years about my own experience. I've asked other people to write this month's article by commenting on why they do Feldenkrais.

I have been doing Feldenkrais for 43 years starting with the original group of Feldenkrais teachers in Israel. I love this method because with subtle movements you get great results. With Erin's lessons, I can finally say that Feldenkrais has become part of my daily routine. On a professional level, I have found a deep creative force inside that is inseparably linked to my daily Feldenkrais with Erin. I have been able to bring so much more to my work as a publisher, resulting in bestsellers in the real world and a new surge upwards for my team. On a private level, daily lessons with Erin neutralize stress, refill me with a true inner calm, and make me ready to embrace life with closeness and optimism.

I have done yoga and different sports from an early age, but after just a few Feldenkrais lessons I felt like I was walking on air. Quite a while ago, I found Erin's lessons and have been doing them regularly.
