Is there a better way to anchor yourself in space with less force, fatigue, and effort?

Yes! While most of us have some imbalance or dysfunction in the organization of the belly and back muscles, it is possible to:

  • rewire these patterns
  • increase suppleness
  • enhance efficiency
  • achieve better posture

In efficient action, there is a balance between agonist and antagonist. The abdominal muscles must relax sufficiently for the back muscles to access their full power. When these are balanced, movement becomes easy, graceful, and coordinated. Join us for any class this month to focus on functional stability.
