For December, we'll look and lengthening and rotating for a feeling of unwinding contractions. Any time we rotate, we also lengthen. Length is fundamental for overall health and well-being, as well as posture, digestion, and balance.
It's obvious to say that we have a skeleton to hold us up. Yet, we overuse the muscles all the time! When the muscles start doing the work of the bones, we feel achey, fatigued, and sluggish. In this workshop we will look at how you can find support through the skeleton. One of my maxims is, "when we feel supported, then we can let go." Discover more and more ways of letting go and feeling truly supported.
