Use this class to find power in the back through the hips, into the legs. Lessons will look at ways to use the hips and low back. You can: 

  • Translate muscular effort into efficient action
  • Discover optimal functioning of the hips, knees, and ankles
  • Improve the transmission of power through the torso into the legs
  • Reach a higher capacity without increasing effort

Although I’ve rewired the neuro-muscular system, it seems I’m also rewiring my spirit.
