Use this class to remedy a lifetime of imperfect learning in how the legs integrate into the back. Lessons will look at ways to use the hips and low back. You can: 

  • Translate muscular effort into efficient action
  • Discover optimal functioning of the hips, knees, and ankles
  • Improve the transmission of power through the torso into the legs
  • Reach a higher capacity without increasing effort
